Breakfast at six, the bus at a quarter past seven, back at half past three, homework done before you get here. School holidays, teacher work days and early-release days are covered at no extra charge — because a day off school is not a day off work.

Bus routes
Our own vehicles, a certified driver and a second adult on board, and a name-by-name headcount getting on and getting off. If your campus is not here, call us — if there are enough families we will look at adding a route.

The afternoon, in order
- 6:00 amDoors open, breakfast from 6:15.
- 7:15–7:55 amBuses leave on five routes.
- 3:20–4:10 pmBuses return, hot snack.
- 4:15 pmHomework — forty-five quiet minutes with help available.
- 5:00 pmFree choice: gym, outside, games, art.
- 6:30 pmDoors close.
Homework time
- Forty-five minutes, quiet, starting about fifteen minutes after the last bus is back.
- An adult moves between tables. We help, we do not do it for them.
- If it did not get finished, you get a note. We will not tell you it was done when it was not.
- After that the time is theirs — gym, outside, board games, drawing, or nothing at all.

Days school is closed and we are not
Teacher work days, early-release days and every school holiday except the ones we close for are full days here, included in your weekly rate. We publish our own closure list so you can plan a year ahead.
We are closed for:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the day after
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
- Two staff development days each year (announced 60 days ahead)
