Enrolment

Four steps, about 45 minutes of paperwork.

Nothing here is designed to slow you down. Most families finish in under a week, and if you are waiting on a CCS determination we will start the paperwork anyway so you are not doing it twice.

  1. Come and look

Come during the day, when the rooms are full. Ask to see the room your child would actually be in, and ask what the ratio in that room is right now. No appointment needed, though a call ahead means the director is free to walk you round.

  2. Choose a room and a schedule

Five days, three days or two, and for school-age children before, after, or both. You can change it later with two weeks’ written notice and no fee.

  3. Bring three things

Your child’s immunisation record, a birth certificate, and photo ID for every adult you want on the pick-up list. We copy them here and hand the originals straight back.

  4. Set a start date

The registration fee is $75 per child, per year, and the first week’s tuition is due on the first Monday. We recommend two short mornings before a first full day.

What we will ask you for

  • Immunisation record, up to date, or a signed medical exemption on the state form
  • Birth certificate or another proof of date of birth
  • Photo ID for every adult on the authorised pick-up list
  • An emergency contact who is not you, with a phone number that works during the day
  • A written care plan from your doctor if your child has an allergy, asthma, a seizure disorder or any condition that needs medication here
  • Your CCS approval letter, if you have one — or tell us you are applying and we will help

Settling in

We recommend two short mornings before a first full day — an hour, then three hours. It costs you nothing extra and it makes the first week noticeably easier for everyone, especially for children over about eight months.

If you are using CCS

Tell us at the tour. We will give you a provider letter and our rate sheet the same day, hold your child’s place while a determination is pending if we have the space, and sit down with you to fill in the application.
