What this site collects

Nothing. There is no analytics script, no advertising tag, no embedded video, no font loaded from a third party and no form endpoint. Every page is a static file.

The brand customizer stores your chosen colours, typeface and business details in your own browser’s localStorage so they survive a page change. That value never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your site data removes it.

What a real centre would hold

A licensed childcare centre in Texas has to keep records that are, by their nature, sensitive: your child’s date of birth, immunisation record, allergies and medical conditions, medication authorisations, your address and phone numbers, your authorised pick-up list and any court orders you have filed with us.

Those records are kept because the state requires them and because a caregiver needs them in an emergency. They are stored in a locked office, they are not sold or shared for marketing, and they are released only to you, to the people you have authorised in writing, and to Texas HHS Child Care Regulation or law enforcement when required by law.

Photographs

A real centre would ask for separate, specific, written permission before photographing your child, and a separate permission again before using an image anywhere public. Permission would be revocable at any time without affecting your child’s place.

Your choices

You would be able to see everything in your child’s file, correct anything wrong in it, add or remove an authorised adult in writing, and withdraw photograph permission — all without giving a reason.
